With a combined 37 years of experience in engineering, product development, and information technology, Sean Addison serves as both the Chief Information Officer and Chief Quality Officer at CSFCO.
His career spans specialty chemical manufacturing, specialty optical and extrusion-coated film manufacturing, and enterprise information systems. He brings a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective to the organization, grounded in a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and years of leadership in Technical, Operations, and Quality Management. As CIO, he leads the integration of information technology with operational excellence, ensuring that data-driven innovation supports long-term business objectives.
Sean has been instrumental in the implementation and sustainment of globally recognized quality systems, including ISO-9000 and QS-9000, and has actively supported ongoing compliance and registration with AISC and ASME standards. As CQO, his leadership strengthens CSFCO’s commitment to excellence by championing quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
